A Climate Card game

Earth_Sidebox.png

Mission Zero brings you into the year 2030 as the CEO of a climate tech company. Your mission? Decarbonize the planet's biggest emission sources faster than your rivals—while they're actively trying to sabotage you.

can be so much fun.

Solving Climate Change

The Challenge

Most people don't actually understand how to solve climate change. Adults and young people alike lack practical knowledge about emission sources and real solutions. Traditional climate education? Tedious, overwhelming, preachy. But gamified learning works. When strategy meets fun, climate literacy takes hold.

The Game

Mission Zero drops you into 2030 as a climate tech CEO racing to decarbonize the planet's biggest emission sources—while rivals actively sabotage you. Over 20-45 minutes of strategic gameplay, discover where emissions come from and which real solutions stop them. Deploy renewable energy, restore ecosystems, capture carbon from factories. Multiple paths to victory: race to solve the most sources, build transportation combos, hoard nature cards for a massive reveal, or deploy strategic sabotage with greenwashing attacks and funding freezes.

What You'll Experience

  • Real emission sources and climate solutions in action

  • Strategic decisions: draw, trade, decarbonize, sabotage, or defend

  • Adapt to climate disasters that shake up gameplay

  • Watch solutions interconnect and compound impact

  • Build climate literacy that translates to real-world action and conversations

  • Simple mechanics, deep strategy, pure engagement

The Outcome

Walk away with genuine fun and climate literacy. Emission points, decarbonization, nature-based solutions—concepts that felt abstract now make intuitive sense. Players leave talking climate, noticing solutions in daily life, questioning their carbon footprint, and sparking conversations.

Because when climate education feels this engaging, people don't just learn—they become advocates ready to act.
